Where Are Your Products Produced?

At Musings On Chiron, I explore the mundane world to offer you exceptional wares that make a statement. Products are sourced globally, from local artisans in the US to reliable international partners overseas.

Do You Ship Internationally?

Currently, mostly shipping is only available within the United States. Some specific products are available for international shipping and will be marked accordingly.

Do You Save My Personal Data?

No personal data is retained, except for the necessary details to create natal charts. We do not  store credit card details nor do we have access you credit card information after purchase. 

What Payment Methods Do You Accept?

Musings On Chiron accepts all major credit cards and PayPal. Currently all wares purchased are subject to a one-time payment.

What is your Return Policy?

We want you to love everything we have to offer, but we know that doesn't always happen.

 

If your order is damaged, broken, or not the right fit, please reach out to us at  musingsonchiron@gmail.com. After damaged has been assessed a full refund will be issued and you are free to dispose of the item as you desire.

Returned items must be new, unused and in the original packaging in order to be eligible for a refund/exchange. Items that show signs of wear or use will not be refunded, or may be only partially refunded. All items must be returned unused and in original condition and packaging. We reserve the right to refuse any return not arriving in original, unused, and sellable condition. Shipping fees are non-refundable. We shall not accept responsibility for any returns lost in transit without proof of delivery.

You can return most items for a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date. Return or refund requests initiated after the 30 day period will not be accepted or processed under any circumstances. Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged. The following items cannot be returned under any circumstances: earrings, undergarments, sale items, items you have already assembled or worn, chart reports, consultations.

Do You Offer Exchanges? 

Musings On Chiron is happy to offer full refunds on unused and unworn products (final sale items exempt). The original payment method will be refunded, unless you choose to receive store credit or exchange your items (clothing only). Any associated return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund amount. If you would like to exchange an item please contact us for a return authorization, then mail your items back to us at the address provided in your return authorization email. Please include the original packing slip with your return/exchange. If you do not have your packing slip, please enclose your order number inside the package (this can be found on your confirmation email). For exchanges, please let us know which item you are exchanging for.

I Placed An Order, But Changed My Mind, Can I Cancel It?

Reach out to us at musingsonchiron@gmail.com. In some cases you may be able to cancel your order if the order has not gone into production. Please bear in mind that production can begin shortly after order placement. Otherwise, if your order is not a final sale item, you can contact us for a refund.

I Received My Order, But it Wasn't What I Expected, Can I Return It?

Musings On Chiron works diligently to provide the most accurate descriptions, measurements, and representations of our products, but we know that sometimes this happens! Reach out to musingsonchiron@gmail.com so we can find solutions to your issue.

What if My Order Was Damaged in Transit?

In this case, we’ll work with you to find the best solution. Please send us clear photos of the damage. We'll gladly give you a full refund once damage has been assessed.
